I began training people 10+ years ago, back when I thought I wanted to work with NBA and NFL-bound athletes. A few twists and turns later, I found myself working with regular people who simply wanted to look and feel better… all without having their lives revolve around dieting.
As a result, I moved away from personal training and into the online coaching space, in order to help my clients on a deeper, more impactful level between their workouts: the other 98% of the week.
To say this has been fun and rewarding is an understatement:
